Expansion of the National Conservation Area (ENCA)

Action taken by the Red Rock Citizens Advisory Council has been led by the efforts of Evan Blythin, Chairman of the council. The Council sent a letter to Rex Wells, Bureau of Land Management requesting the expansion of the conservation area. Copies of this letter were sent to Congresswoman Shelley Berkley, Congressman Jim Gibbons, Senator John Ensign, and Senator Harry Reid.
